Our ability to serve the home buying and selling public throughout Westchester and Putnam Counties for 30 years has been derived through integrity, foresight and, above all, client satisfaction.   In representing buyers we do not "sell" a house or a particular home.   We "show" our clients only available properties that meet their needs and are within their abilities.  We do not hesitate to discourage a client from purchasing a home that we believe will not be suitable.   In dealing with sellers we suggest a realistic asking price and we work with them to make their homes attractive to buyers.
